Depending on the plugin configuration, the vouchers are sent either automatically when the order is completed, when a certain order and payment status is reached or manually from the backend.
Purchased gift vouchers are sent to the customer as an email attachment (PDF). You can customise the email template under Configuration → E-mail management → Email Templates → User emails → viisonCoupon. For more information click here.
Multiple gift vouchers can only be sent individually from Shopware. If you want to send all the gift vouchers of an order together in one email, they must first be downloaded via the voucher administration and then manually attached to an email. To do this, click on the pencil symbol in the line of the relevant voucher in the voucher administration, switch to the tab Individual voucher codes, select the desired codes and then click on Download voucher documents.
