As soon as a gift voucher is sold, the corresponding voucher PDF is automatically generated upon order completion. You will find it in the Documents tab of the customer order and can send it manually by e-mail from there if this does not happen automatically according to the plugin configuration. If the gift vouchers are not generated automatically with the order completion, there is an error. In this case, please contact our support.
The generated voucher codes are also listed in the individual voucher codes tab in the voucher administration. You can generate manual voucher codes by clicking Generate additional voucher codes. You can recognise manually generated codes by the corresponding note in the Note column.
Note: Due to the automatic generation of vouchers at the end of the order process, no subsequent changes to an order are currently supported. This means that the number of vouchers cannot be changed subsequently and it is also not possible to manually add a voucher to an existing order.
