In general, it is recommended to both sell and redeem vouchers tax-free, as the redemption of the voucher may not alter the VAT amount.
In order to be able to sell vouchers tax-free, a new VAT rate of 0% is automatically created in your shop when the plugin is installed, if this is not already available. You can find the tax rates under Configuration → Basic settings → Shop settings → Taxes.
Note:In the standard configuration, Shopware displays each tax rate separately on the invoice. If the tax rate 0% is not to be shown explicitly, the invoice template must be adapted accordingly.
