Orders via Telephone / Fax

To accept customer orders received by phone or fax, open the customer account in the Shopware backend and click Log in as this customer on the right. You will then be redirected to your shop frontend and logged in as the customer. You can now place the order on behalf of the customer.

Alternatively, there is a free plugin from Shopware to create orders directly in the backend. However, due to various compatibility issues, we recommend proceeding via the frontend.
