DHL Business Customer Portal
DHL Express Global Web Services (GloWS)
In order to be able to process DHL Express shipments via the DHL Adapter, you have to be authorised for DHL Express Global Webservices (GloWS). Please contact the DHL Express sales department for activation.
The following access data is required for the configuration of the plugin:
- DHL Express customer number (9 digits)
- DHL Express user name
- DHL Express password
On 01.03.2020, the former returns portal was integrated into the DHL business customer portal. In order to use the returns function, a separate activation by DHL is necessary, which should already have been completed for most customers. You can see whether you have been activated by the fact that the corresponding menu item Returns is displayed in the business customer portal. You will also receive an error message if you try to create a return label without activation. In this case, please contact DHL by phone to request activation:
- German: 0228 - 76 36 76 79 (Selection 2)
- English: 0228 - 76 36 76 59 (Selection 2)
Use of the product Warenpost
The plugin also supports the products Warenpost, Warenpost International and Warenpost International Premium. To access these services, you need a Portokasse account with German Post, which has to be activated for the Warenpost product. See this article for more information.
