Click & Collect with Pickware WMS
With Shopware WMS, Click & Collect orders can be picked like regular orders before collection. When the picking is complete, a delivery note is automatically printed and the order changes to the status Ready for delivery. The completed order can then be made available for collection. The process is automatically marked as completed as soon as the customer picks up the goods and the invoice is scanned.
Click & Collect with Pickware POS
All orders placed online in your Shopware Shop or offline in one of your local stores with a Click & Collect shipping method can be found under the menu item Orders for pick-up at POS as long as they have the order status Open or Ready for delivery.
To find the order more quickly, you can search for the customer's name or order number. Then select the desired order. The rest of the process differs depending on whether the order has already been paid for or not.
Order has already been paid
If the order has already been paid in full by the time it is collected, the goods only have to be handed over to the customer at the POS. To do this, scan the barcode on the delivery note. All items of the order are displayed for you to check again. As soon as you tap on Confirm pick up below, the order status changes to Completely delivered and the items are booked out of your warehouse.
Order has not yet been paid
If the order has not been paid in advance, you can choose from your payment methods as usual after scanning the barcode on the delivery note and checking the order, and process the payment at the POS. The items are then booked out and the order and payment status of the order automatically change to Completely Delivered and Completely paid.
Create new Click & Collect orders
Click & Collect Bestellungen können sowohl durch deine Kunden im Onlineshop aufgegeben oder von dir an der Kasse angelegt werden. In beiden Fällen wird ein Kundenkonto benötigt.
At the online store
In order for you or your customers to be able to create a Click & Collect order in the online shop, the Click & Collect shipping method must be available for the sales channel of your online shop. If you also want to allow your customers to pay for their order when they collect it, the Click & Collect payment method must also be available. You can find detailed instructions here. The order can then be created like a regular order. When completing the order, the corresponding shipping or payment method must be selected.
At the local store
Click & Collect orders start at the checkout as a regular sales transaction. At checkout, select Delivery as the shipping method and then select the Click & Collect shipping method from the list of shipping methods.
The order can either act as a reservation - in which case select the Click & Collect payment method - or be paid in advance, with all regular payment methods available to you at the checkout.
Prepare Click & Collect orders (optional)
Click & Collect orders that were created via the online shop or directly at the POS are listed like all other orders in the order overview in your administration. You can filter the list of all orders, for example, according to the Click & Collect shipping method, in order to directly see all corresponding orders at once.
Now proceed as follows:
- Create a pick list as well as the desired order documents.
- Set the order status to In Process and assemble the products.
- Instead of preparing the order for dispatch, you can make it available for collection in the sales
Complete Click & Collect orders
All orders for pick-up can be accessed within the POS app via the entry Orders for pick-up in the app menu. All orders that are not in the order status completed are taken into account.
You can already see the payment status Open or Completely Paid in the list for each order. If payment is still outstanding, you will be taken directly to the payment view and can complete the order like a regular sale. If the order has already been paid, you only need to confirm the collection.
