If you did not receive an email to complete registration when you created your Pickware account, try the following:
- Check your spam folder to see if the email is there.
- If you use an Outlook or Office365 mail server:
- Store the address account@pickware.de as a safe sender according to these instructions from Microsoft.
- Then send an e-mail to account@pickware.de with the message "TEST".
- Now try to register again with the same email address as before. To do this, use the back button in the app or restart the account creation process.
- If you do not use Outlook or Office365 or the above steps have not been successful, please create an account with an alternative email address hosted by another provider. To do this, use the back button in the app or restart the account creation process.
