If you experience problems or error messages when using the ZVT card terminal, please first check whether the POS app has been set up correctly.
- Check your Wi-Fi connection. The card terminal must be on the same network as your iPad / iPod. Also check in the iOS settings for the POS app whether your ZVT device has access to the local network.
- If necessary, contact your card terminal provider and have them check that your card terminal is correctly approved for use via ZVT.
- If you still receive an error message after contacting your card terminal provider, send us an error report from the app. To do this, go to Help and support → Upload device logs in the app menu.
- Then contact our support so that we can help you to correct the error.
