If technical problems occur when using the Pickware Apps, a bug report can help the support team to solve the problem more quickly. These error reports are important because some errors, especially when communicating with external devices such as printers or card readers, only occur in the app itself, but not in the backend.
In order to generate such a report, proceed as follows:
In the WMS Apps as well as in the POS App up to and including version 5.9.x – Select Status → Send error logs to shop in the App menu at the top left.
From version 6.0.0 of the POS App and in the WMS App – Select Help and support → Upload device logs from the App menu in the top left corner.
