Pickware ERP uses the Shopware standard component for creating invoices. All further information can therefore be found directly in the Shopware documentation.
Automatically generate and send invoices
In the backend under Configuration → Basic settings → Additional settings → Pickware ERP you can specify that invoices are automatically created and sent per e-mail for certain shipping types, payment methods or generally when an order is completed.
Note: The function only applies to orders that are generated in the course of completing the order via your online shop. However, automatic invoice generation for orders that are imported from Ebay or Amazon, for example, is not possible. Other plugins that intervene in the generation of invoices are also not taken into consideration at this point.
Invoice archive
In the backend under Configuration → Basic Settings → Pickware ERP you can enter an email address for archiving invoices. Every invoice you generate will then be automatically sent to this email address. For example, you can also enter the email address of an online document archiving service here.
