If you see the error message "Checkout shopping cart failed" when creating a label, please check the following:
- Is your login to the Portokasse portal working? German Post may temporarily block your account if the password is entered incorrectly too often.
- Does your Portokasse account have enough credit to create the stamps/labels you want? If not, recharge your credit and try again.
