Even if you have correctly set up the DHL Cash on Delivery service option, the following error may occur:
"Fehler: 1001 Hard validation error occurred. Bitte geben Sie einen Zahlungsempfänger an. Bitte geben Sie eine IBAN an." (Error: 1001 Hard validation error occurred. Please enter a payment recipient. Please enter an IBAN.)
This error occurs if the user used for the web service in the DHL Business Customer Portal does not have the "allowed to administrate users" authorisation. Therefore, please contact DHL to assign the permission.
