Pick lists for one or more orders can be created with just a few clicks via the backend. The pick lists make it easier for you to pick orders if you do not use Pickware WMS. To find out how order picking works with WMS, read this article.
Create single pick lists
To create a picklist, open the respective order and switch to the tab Documents. Select the document type Pickware Pickliste and then click on Generate document.
In the following window, select the warehouse from which the order is to be picked. The document is then created and appears under Generated documents. On the pick list itself you can see all the important information about the customer, the order and the items contained sorted by bin location.
Create multiple pick lists
If you want to create multiple pick lists at once, select the relevant orders in the order overview under Customers → Orders. Click on Batch processing to open the next window for further configuration options.
Select the Pickware Pickliste document type. You can use the other drop-down fields Mode, Order status and Payment status to make further settings for the document creation.
If you do not check Create single document, you will find each created picklist in the Documents tab of the respective order. If you check the box, you will also be provided with a PDF document containing the picklists for all orders.
