Store supplier orders with Pickware WMS
To store supplier orders, switch to the tab Deliveries in the Inventory App. Please note that only supplier orders that have been created with Pickware ERP can be processed here.
First make sure that the correct destination warehouse is selected above, as only orders for the respective warehouse appear in the list. Now select the relevant order from the list. You can choose between two storage modes: Stock immediately means that the goods are checked and stored directly in their final bin location. Stock later means that after checking, the goods are first stored temporarily in a box, for instance, and then taken to their final bin location in a second step.
Next, scan a delivered item or select it manually in the app. In Quantity you will see the order quantity of the item. If the delivered quantity does not equal the ordered quantity or if some of the items are damaged, enter the actual delivered quantity or the quantity of undamaged items. If you are in Stock Immediately mode, also check the bin location and adjust it manually if necessary or scan the respective bin location label. Afterwards, click on Save.
Once you have processed all the items, you can add photos, documents or comments further down if necessary, for example to document any damage or to submit the delivery note to the backend. Finally, click on Save at the bottom of the screen.
If you have selected the option Stock immediately, the process is complete and you will be returned to the order overview. If you have selected Stock later, the items can now be stored in their final location.
When all items have been confirmed, the order status is changed to Completely delivered. If any items are still missing, it will be marked as Partly delivered and will reappear in the list of orders in the Deliveries tab.

To store supplier orders in the backend, open the order overview under Items → Purchase → Ordering. Double-click on the field Order Status for the respective order and select the status Completely delivered. You will then be asked whether the delivered goods should be stored completely. Click on Yes:
If you have only received a partial delivery, choose the status Partly received instead and enter the actual delivery quantities for the individual items via the pencil icon.
In both cases, the stocks of all items are then added to the standard bin location of the destination warehouse.
