In order for premium items and other special items to be displayed correctly in the Picking app, it must be ensured that the corresponding item is linked to the correct item number. Pickware links the order item to the item data via the item number, which must therefore correspond to a real item in the shop. Article numbers with appendages such as "FREE" are therefore not recognised.
