Click here to access the status page, see all print jobs or to log out. Under Status you can find useful information about the hardware you are using, the user who is logged in or the online status of your shop. From here you can also send us error reports if necessary. |

At the top centre you see the currently selected warehouse and can switch between the warehouses. During picking, the stocks are always taken out of the selected warehouse. |

You can use the search bar to search for and view orders by name or order number. |

The field to the left of the search bar shows the pick profile currently in use. To change the pick profile, tap the button once and then select from the list of available pick profiles. |

At the bottom of the screen you can see the different tabs Open, Deferred, In process and Ready for shipping. The active tab is highlighted in blue. |
What are the functions of the different tabs?
Tab Open
In the tab Open you will see a list of orders from your shop. Which orders are displayed here and in which order depends on the selected pick profile. Select one of the displayed orders, use the search function or select Pick next order to start the picking process.
Tab Deferred
In the tab Deferred you will find all orders for which the picking process has been interrupted, e.g. because items are missing but no partial delivery of the already existing items has been made or because the order has been completely assembled but no documents have been printed yet. If the latter is the case, a yellow warning symbol appears next to the order and you receive a corresponding message when you open it again.
Tab In process
In the tab In process you can see all orders that are already being processed from another scanner. This prevents two people from accidentally working on the same order. If the authorisation take_over_locked_order_for_picking has not been assigned in the user administration, orders that are already being processed by another user can only be opened by other users in read mode. You can find more information about this setting here.
Tab Ready to ship
In the tab Ready for shipping you can see all orders that have been prepared for shipping. If the shipping label has already been created, you can see this by the yellow letter icon to the right of the order. Orders with prioritised shipping or payment methods are also shown by an icon. In this tab you have the option to create a new shipping label or to (re)print the invoice/delivery note. You can find more information about this at the end of this article.
