Click here to access the status page of the app or to log out. Under Status you can find useful information about the hardware you are using, the user who is logged in or the online status of your shop. From here you can also send us error reports if necessary. |

At the top centre you see the currently selected warehouse and can switch between the available warehouses. |

You can use the search bar to search for supplier orders, items or returns, depending on which tab you are in. |

At the bottom of the screen you will see the different tabs Deliveries, Items, Returns and Stocktake. The active tab is highlighted in blue. |
What are the functions of the different tabs?
Tab Deliveries
Here you can see all open supplier orders that were created with Pickware ERP via the Shopware backend for the warehouse selected above. You can find out how to store supplier orders using the Inventory app here.
Tab Items
In this tab you can create new items, search for existing items and edit them, put them into storage, take them out of storage or transfer them, provided that your user has the appropriate permissions. If you have searched for a specific term in the search field, all matching items are displayed. In the blue field above the item description you will see the bin location, if assigned, and directly next to it the stock for the warehouse in which you are currently located. Tab Returns
Here you can search for delivered orders to create and manage returns.
Tab Stocktake
This tab takes you to the inventory mode, which is explained in more detail here.
